BOSTON: Nepali youth Dibesh Pokhrel has bagged second place in American Idol 2020.
Pokhrel, popularly known as Arthur Gunn, is the first Nepali-born citizen to reach this place in American Idol.
Born in 1997, Pokhrel lives with his family in Wichita, Kansas. He came to the United States six years ago.
He had gone to the United States after passing Plus Two in Management at Ace Institute of Management, Kathmandu.
Due to Covid-19, American Idol has been broadcasting from house to house for two years with the participation of competitors, judges, musicians, operators and trainers.
